Terms and replacement policy

Short and plain. By placing an order you agree to the following.

What you are buying

Each order is for YouTube channels with the creation year shown in the catalogue. Every channel is supplied with its original first email: the Google account the channel was created with. Subscriber, view and upload counts are as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Not a Brand Account transfer

We do not deliver channels as Brand Account (manager) invitations. You receive the account itself, so there is no ownership transfer and no 7-day waiting period.

Payment

Payment is made in cryptocurrency: USDT on TRC20 or BEP20. Payments are detected automatically 24 hours a day. Send the exact amount shown on the payment screen before it expires. You can also pay from your site balance. PayPal is coming soon.

If a payment arrives after the request has expired, or with a different amount, it is added to your balance after review. Send proof of payment from the payment page, not by message.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the channel and its original first email login details are released on your private order page.

Replacement policy

If a channel cannot be accessed within 3 days of delivery for a reason that is not caused by the buyer, we replace it with a channel from the same year. If none is available we refund the price of that channel. Replacements are not offered for channels that are restricted, terminated or struck because of how they were used after delivery, including content, name changes or automation.

Your responsibilities

After delivery, change the email account password and recovery details, review signed-in devices, and secure the account. You are responsible for how you use the channel, which must follow YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
