This page describes how this website handles information when you browse, sign in, place an order or contact support.
Accounts and orders
We store your account email, name when supplied, cart, orders, balance entries and payment references to operate your account. Passwords are stored as password hashes. Google sign-in uses your basic profile and verified email to identify your account.
IP addresses and country
For security, fraud prevention and to understand where visitors come from, we record the IP address of each visitor, the approximate country derived from it, the browser type, the last page viewed and the time of the visit. For signed-in customers this is linked to the account. Visitor records are kept for up to 90 days; records tied to orders are kept as long as the order record.

Payment proofs
Screenshots and transaction IDs you upload are stored privately and are only visible to our team for payment checks.
Cookies and local preferences
Session and security cookies support sign-in, the cart, forms and account access. Your browser can remember your language and light or dark theme.
Password-reset emails go to your registered email address. You can stop stock announcements through the unsubscribe link in each announcement or in your account.
Service providers and requests
Hosting, email delivery, translation, Google sign-in and the payment service process information needed for their features. We do not sell personal information. For questions, correction or deletion requests, write to our live support.
